About the role

This senior position offers an experienced Agricultural Solicitor the chance to join a rapidly expanding rural practice in Oxfordshire at Legal Director or Partner level. You will work alongside an established agricultural team, shaping a brand‑new Oxfordshire offering while advising a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice on agricultural property, rural estate, landlord‑tenant, diversification and strategic land matters.
• Support clients ranging from landowners and farming families to rural businesses and estates.
• Help develop and grow the Oxfordshire presence, contributing to business development and strategic planning.
• Manage complex legal matters and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 10+ years post‑qualification experience in agricultural law.
• Deep sector knowledge and genuine passion for rural and agricultural work.
• Excellent technical ability, commercial awareness and proven client‑relationship skills.
• Ambitious senior lawyer seeking a visible role in a growing office.
