AI Solutions Lead

About the role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Lead to become the go‑to expert for artificial intelligence and machine learning within our development function. Working in a hybrid setting in London, you will partner closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to embed AI into our core insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI and ML initiatives across the development function, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and diverse teams to define AI road‑maps and deliver solutions.
• Identify and propose improvements, driving an AI‑first mindset throughout the organisation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AI‑related queries and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Experience in insurance or financial services, not necessarily technical.
• Hands‑on prompt engineering experience.
• Strong exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
• AI‑first mindset with confidence to suggest ideas and improvements.
• Based in or around London with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
