Ambient Selector – Full-time

About the role

As an Ambient Selector at Aldi you will be responsible for accurately picking products in the ambient and chiller sections of the warehouse. Working with a headset you will follow instructions, check paperwork and ensure safety while maintaining a fast‑paced workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Select products accurately to meet picking targets.
• Follow instructions carefully and double‑check paperwork for accuracy.
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (training provided).
• Maintain safety standards and work efficiently in a high‑energy environment.

Required profile

• Hardworking and ready for a physical, fast‑paced role.
• Reliable and flexible with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when picking stock.

Required skills

• Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) operation.
