About the role

We are seeking a motivated Analyst with a passion for spreadsheets and data manipulation. This permanent position is based at a leading organisation’s head office in Watford and is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of analytical experience.

Key responsibilities

Organise and manage complex data sets from multiple sources.
Transform raw data into structured Excel spreadsheets.
Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal stakeholders.
Analyse and present data insights to support decision‑making.
Investigate and resolve anomalies within data sets.

Required profile

Analytical degree or equivalent experience.
1‑2 years experience working with data in an analytical environment.
Problem‑solver with an investigative mindset.
Available to work full‑time on‑site in Watford.

Required skills

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
