Analyst – Working Capital Finance (Qualified Accountant)

About the role

This position is with a high‑growth fintech that provides sophisticated working‑capital solutions. The Analyst will join the Origination team, gaining exposure to client origination, investment execution, and senior stakeholder interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials and investor collateral.
• Conduct detailed company, sector and market analysis to support origination activity.
• Build and maintain working‑capital and transaction financial models.
• Participate in client calls and meetings, delivering clear outputs.
• Assist in drafting investor memoranda and investment committee papers.
• Support board reporting and strategic reporting packs.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified with post‑qualification experience.
• Background in restructuring, transaction services, corporate finance or a related advisory environment.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑moving, client‑focused environment.
