Analytics Delivery Manager – Assurance (Belfast)

About the role

EY is looking for a Manager to lead its Analytics Delivery team within the Assurance practice in Belfast. You will work across a range of EY services – assurance, consulting, law, strategy, tax and transactions – to embed data analytics solutions that unlock value for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of data analytics projects for assurance clients, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and architecture teams to design and implement innovative analytics solutions.
• Drive the transformation of EY’s own business by embedding analytics across internal processes.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with clients to understand their data assets, define analytics strategies, and communicate insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing analytics or data‑driven projects, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of assurance and related business domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and disciplines.
