Apprentice Accounts Assistant

About the role

Join Savills' Client Accounts team in Manchester as an Apprentice Accounts Assistant. You will gain hands‑on experience in property finance, receive AAT training and support from an experienced team while building a solid foundation for a career in accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain property and lease data, ensuring accurate financial records on databases.
• Assist client accountants with standard and ad‑hoc reporting, including VAT and client statements.
• Perform site income reconciliations and prepare treasury instructions for rent transfers, cost recharges and client payments.
• Support general maintenance of client funds such as tenant refunds and other miscellaneous administration tasks.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Good written, presentation and numerical communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
