Apprentice Retail Supervisor – Worcester

About the role

We are seeking an Apprentice Retail Supervisor for our Worcester store. This full‑time apprenticeship combines on‑the‑job training with a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification, allowing you to develop supervisory skills while earning a competitive wage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient service to customers at the till and on the shop floor.
• Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling and ordering.
• Work with the team to maintain store cleanliness and tidiness.
• Help lead the team under the guidance of the store manager.

Required profile

• Positive, hardworking attitude and enjoyment of a busy environment.
• Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts across five days a week.
• Willingness to learn and develop supervisory skills.

Required skills

• Basic functional skills in English and Maths (if required).
