About the role

Join HMA Tax, a specialist commercial property tax consultancy, as a Graduate Business Sales Executive in Worcester. You will receive full training and work in a fast‑growing consultancy, focusing on outbound B2B calls to promote Capital Allowance services.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate meaningful conversations with potential business owners and arrange appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain activity in the company CRM system and deliver exceptional, empathetic service.

Required profile

• University graduate (within the last couple of years).
• Prior sales experience is ideal but full training will be provided.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to spot buying signals.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, team‑player with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to work from the Ombersley office (WR9).

Required skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
