Apprentice Sales Advisor – Customer Service Apprenticeship

About the role

Join EE as an Apprentice Sales Advisor and start a career in telecom sales. You will work full‑time, speaking with customers over the phone, understanding their needs and recommending the right mobile, broadband and smart‑home solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Identify customer requirements and match them with appropriate EE products and services.
• Achieve sales and service targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service, with one study day per week.
• Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to develop sales techniques.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, clear and friendly voice.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work full‑time and follow a structured apprenticeship programme.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; training will be provided.
