Apprentice Sales Advisor – Full‑time (Orpington)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Sales Advisor to join our Trade Counter in Orpington. This full‑time apprenticeship will give you hands‑on experience in customer service, warehouse operations and outbound sales while you work towards a Level 2 Trade Supplier qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service on the Trade Counter, both face‑to‑face and via phone or email.
• Manage goods‑in and goods‑out processes and maintain general warehouse housekeeping.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to generate new business.

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in trade sales.
