About the role
Join the Wolseley Group as an Apprentice Sales Advisor based in Orpington. You will develop your sales and customer‑service skills while working towards a Trade Supplier Level 2 qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service on the Trade Counter, both face‑to‑face and via phone or email.
- Handle goods‑in and goods‑out processes and maintain general warehouse housekeeping.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Make proactive outbound sales calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Required profile
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in trade sales.
