Apprentice Vehicle Technician – BMW

About the role
Sytner Oldbury is offering a three‑year BMW Apprentice Technician programme. You will split your time between classroom learning, the BMW Academy and hands‑on work in a busy BMW workshop, gaining experience on the latest vehicles and diagnostic tools.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and repair motor vehicles to BMW’s high standards.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and work on the latest BMW models.
- Support service and repair activities under the guidance of a mentor.
- Follow health, safety and quality procedures in the workshop.
Required profile
- Keen interest and enthusiasm for automotive vehicles.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade A*‑C/9‑4 in English, Maths and one other subject.
Required skills
- Use of diagnostic equipment.
