Arabic-Speaking Travel Lifestyle Manager (Overnight)

About the role

Join Ten Group as an Arabic‑speaking Travel Lifestyle Manager, providing premium concierge services during overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering seamless travel and lifestyle experiences across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails in Arabic and English, offering personalized assistance.
• Process end‑to‑end client requests, including travel bookings, restaurant and club reservations, gift procurement, event tickets, spa, fitness, yacht charters, and transportation.
• Create bespoke travel offers, detailed itineraries, and manage visa applications and related documentation.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, restaurants, and destination management agencies.
• Proactively inform clients about exclusive promotions, events, and curated opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (C2 level).
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent, preferably in tourism.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury concierge, hospitality, or high‑end customer service, or extensive experience in the travel industry.
• Strong passion for travel, gastronomy, events, and culture.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible schedule, and a positive, service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Amadeus GDS proficiency.
• Extensive destination knowledge.
