Architect – Lead on Large-Scale Commercial Projects

About the role
This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading RIBA‑chartered practice in the North East. The successful candidate will work on high‑profile commercial projects, collaborating closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead large‑scale commercial projects through all RIBA work stages.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary team members.
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit.
- Carry out site visits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare architectural drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
Required profile
- ARB‑registered architect with a post‑RIBA Part 3 qualification.
- Proven experience working as an architect in a UK practice.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across various sectors.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Revit (essential)
