Architect (Part II/III) – High‑end Refurbishment – London

About the role

You will join a close‑knit AJ100 practice in London, working on high‑end workplace or hotel refurbishment projects. The role focuses on technical delivery stages, client liaison and consultant coordination, offering a clear path to develop your career and eventually lead projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical design work across RIBA stages 3‑5 for refurbishment schemes.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.
• Produce high‑quality graphical and presentation material.
• Develop and maintain Revit models to support the design process.
• Contribute to project documentation and support senior team members.

Required profile

• RIBA Part II or Part III qualified architect from a design‑focused practice.
• Experience on high‑end retrofit projects, preferably in workplaces or hotels.
• Strong design sensibility with excellent graphical and presentation abilities.
• Proven experience working on packages at RIBA stages 3‑5.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and ready to embrace a busy practice environment.

Required skills

• Revit (essential).
