Architect – Private Residential & Hospitality

About the role

Purcell is seeking a recently qualified architect to join its London studio. You will work on design‑led private residential and hospitality projects, collaborating with a broad consultant team to deliver high‑quality, technically robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed design packages for prime residential and listed building refurbishment projects.
• Produce accurate construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate BIM models and ensure clear, well‑structured documentation.
• Support senior architects in technical design and project delivery.
• Maintain compliance with UK Building Regulations and heritage requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years post‑Part 3 experience as a UK‑registered architect.
• Experience delivering prime residential or listed building projects in the UK.
• Strong technical design capability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to deepen knowledge of heritage and conservation practices.
