Area Concession Manager – Fashion Retail (Glasgow & West Scotland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Concession Manager to lead multiple fashion retail concession locations across Glasgow and West Scotland. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining high visual merchandising standards and delivering premium customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support concession teams across Glasgow and West Scotland.
• Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets for all locations.
• Analyse trading performance, report findings and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards align with current trends and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits, coach teams and maximise customer engagement.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory processes and operational compliance.
• Build strong relationships with host store management and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and exceed business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous multi‑site retail management experience.
• Proven success in driving KPIs and commercial performance.
• Strong reporting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles and retail trends.
• Exceptional leadership and people development skills.
• Organisational and communication strengths.
• Full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
