About the role

This 12‑month graduate programme offers a fast‑track route into Aldi’s store leadership. You will start with a two‑week induction, followed by intensive training covering all aspects of store operations, before taking full responsibility for your own store.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a multi‑million‑pound store, overseeing daily operations and financial performance.
• Motivate and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve sales targets while controlling costs and maintaining operational efficiency.
• Make decisions on merchandising, stock levels and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong leadership potential.
• Analytical mindset and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
