Area Manager – Retail (Surrey & South West London)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of retail stores across Surrey and South West London. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and developing store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple stores to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and their teams.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators and commercial results.
• Identify opportunities for store performance enhancement.
• Support recruitment, training, and succession planning.
• Maintain operational excellence and brand consistency across the area.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Multi‑Site Manager in retail, fashion, food, hospitality or a similar customer‑focused environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales performance.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with a passion for customer service.
• Full UK driving licence.
