Area Sales Manager – Flat Roofing Systems

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive flat‑roof refurbishment projects across a defined territory in South East England. You will promote a high‑performance range of flat roofing and waterproofing solutions to commercial, industrial, residential and public sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new flat‑roof projects within the KT, TW, SL, UB and HA postcodes.
• Conduct roofing surveys, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project delivery, liaising with contractors, surveyors, asset managers and facilities teams.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to achieve uncapped OTE and contribute to the company profit‑share scheme.
• Provide regular updates on project status and forecast to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in a six‑figure earnings bracket.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and able to work autonomously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
• Willingness to learn technical product details through provided training.
