Area Sales Manager – Flooring & Building Products

About the role
The role is a field‑based sales position focused on promoting a high‑quality range of flooring adhesives and sealants. You will work with flooring distributors and contractors across the South East England region, managing a portfolio of accounts and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Sell flooring adhesive and sealant products to distributors and contractors such as Headlam, Brookvale and Tradechoice.
- Maintain responsibility for approximately £2.3 million of annual revenue.
- Provide technical advice and on‑site support to customers.
- Manage roughly 20 spending accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the product range.
Required profile
- Proven field‑sales experience in building products or materials, preferably within flooring.
- Experience selling to distributors and contractors.
- IT literate and comfortable using sales tools.

What we offer
- Base salary £47,500 plus a £7,500 performance bonus.
- Fully expensed company car and full benefits package.
