Area Sales Manager – Foodservice (Aylesford)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to join our KFF business in Aylesford. You will be responsible for generating leads, winning new business and expanding our presence within the independent hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the South East England region.
• Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships with prospective customers.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline and achieve KPI targets and budgets.
• Conduct cold‑calling and face‑to‑face meetings to secure contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored foodservice solutions.

Required profile

• Highly service‑focused with a passion for food and hospitality.
• Self‑starter, tenacious and resilient, able to work independently.
• Strong time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in sales, preferably within foodservice or hospitality.
• Comfortable working to KPI’s and budgets.
