Area Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical

About the role
Join a leading wellness and pharmaceutical products business as an Area Sales Manager covering the South East of England. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across independent pharmacy retailers, introducing a broad portfolio of branded products and building strong relationships with existing and new accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Visit independent pharmacies to present and sell a wide range of branded products.
- Develop and manage a territory plan to maximise sales and order value.
- Lead in‑store activations, promotions and merchandising initiatives.
- Organise your own diary, schedule customer visits and ensure consistent coverage of the assigned area.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
- At least 2 years selling products to pharmacies with a solid understanding of the pharmacy and pharmaceutical sector.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Motivated, results‑driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

What we offer
- Salary range £38,000‑£43,000 D.O.E.
- Car allowance and fuel card.
- 10% performance bonus.
- Full‑time permanent position based in the South East.
