Area Sales Manager – Premium Housewares Brand

About the role

Join a leading British premium housewares brand as an Area Sales Manager. You will be the face of the business across Yorkshire and Humberside, building strong relationships with independent retailers and national trade partners while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of retail customers within the territory.
• Create inspiring in‑store displays and secure additional merchandising space.
• Deliver product demonstrations, staff training and launch new collections.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities and prospective stockists.
• Monitor stock levels, ensure retail execution and report market intelligence.
• Support key national accounts with product launches and promotional activities.
• Represent the brand at trade exhibitions and customer events.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling premium housewares, kitchenware, home décor or related consumer goods.
• Track record of success with independent retailers, department stores, garden centres or quality boutique outlets.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel across the assigned area.
