About the role

As an Area Sales Representative you will drive profitable growth across new and existing customers in the South West region. Working autonomously, you will support the Regional Sales Manager and act as the primary link between national account branches and local clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Maintain regular contact with National Account branches within the South West.
  • Negotiate contracts and solutions that deliver long‑term profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met.

Required profile

  • Enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven experience in territory or field‑based sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with multiple customers and internal teams.
  • Track record of identifying new sales opportunities and delivering sustainable growth.
