Assistant Business Manager

About the role

The Assistant Business Manager will act as a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury, supporting the Business Manager in delivering outstanding store performance. You will focus on driving sales, enhancing the customer experience, and motivating the retail team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators.
• Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicating objectives to Retail Artists.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in‑store experiences.
• Coach, give feedback and conduct regular performance reviews to maintain Charlotte Tilbury standards.
• Develop and maintain the customer database for direct‑marketing opportunities.
• Implement individual and team development plans, fostering two‑way feedback and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive, collaborative team culture through regular meetings and recognition.
