Assistant Digital Brand Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Digital Brand Manager you will support the Brand Marketing Controller on high‑impact campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth for itsu’s grocery business in the UK. Based in central London with a hybrid working pattern, you will help shape SEO, GEO and website strategies while contributing to YouTube initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SEO, GEO and website strategy for itsu.com/grocery across UK, EU and US markets.
• Own the relationship with the SEO agency and coordinate with the restaurant digital team.
• Manage the website development agency and create/update global website pages.
• Oversee retailer product page management, including briefing, uploading and updating content on partner sites.
• Support the Brand Marketing Controller in planning, executing and analysing YouTube campaigns.
• Brief internal design teams to ensure on‑brand creative assets.
• Measure and report the impact of SEO/GEO activities to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven success in developing and executing SEO and GEO strategies.
• Track record of measuring impact and reporting clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing relationships with SEO and website agencies.
• Comfortable with cross‑functional collaboration and coordination.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proactive, flexible ‘can‑do’ attitude.
• Commercially driven and results‑oriented.
• Previous FMCG experience.
