Assistant Manager – Bowling and Hospitality Centre

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a busy bowling and hospitality centre. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure a safe, fun, and high‑standard experience for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and supervise team members on each shift.
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards throughout the centre.
• Support back‑of‑house duties and oversee front‑of‑house service delivery.
• Drive financial performance by meeting revenue and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months’ management experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment (leisure, hospitality or retail).
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to inspire and develop large teams.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ambitious and results‑oriented.
