Assistant Manager

About the role

Space NK is looking for an Assistant Manager to join its flagship store on George Street in Edinburgh. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and develop a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced beauty retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, ATV, AUS and conversion targets.
• Deliver consistent product training and unbiased customer advice.
• Manage payroll spend through effective scheduling and people planning.
• Maintain stock file accuracy and minimise loss by adhering to stock handling policies.
• Analyse commercial reports to identify business opportunities.
• Assist with recruitment, retention and performance management of a diverse team.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for staff and customers.
