Assistant Manager – Pub Operations (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our pub team in Kirkintilloch, supporting the General Manager and ensuring memorable experiences for guests. This part‑time position offers flexible hours and a clear pathway to a General Manager role.

Key responsibilities

• Step in for the General Manager when absent, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Support the GM in meeting financial and business KPIs.
• Motivate and lead the pub team on each shift.
• Maintain high standards of service, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an Assistant or Deputy Manager role within a similar branded pub or hospitality environment.
• Strong passion for leading teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Commitment to doing the right thing for both team members and customers.
• Ability to work flexible, part‑time hours around personal commitments.
