About the role
Join Savers as an Assistant Manager in Basingstoke and help create a warm, supportive store environment. You’ll work flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets.
- Develop staff skills through coaching and delegation.
- Build strong connections with the local community.
- Maintain store standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Strong delegation and routine‑building abilities.
- Focus on people‑centred leadership while driving sales.
