Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the Marketing Director of the newly refurbished Hilton London Metropole Hotel. The role will help drive the hotel’s marketing strategy across digital, social, email and on‑property channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Director in planning and delivering the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and brand positioning.
• Lead the planning and execution of digital, social, email and on‑property campaigns.
• Coordinate videoshoots and photoshoots with external photographers and videographers.
• Manage influencer relationships and act as brand guardian for hotel, restaurant and bar brands.
• Mentor and guide a team of two marketing colleagues, overseeing campaign delivery and creative output.
• Maintain the marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.
• Design and develop creative materials using Adobe platforms and produce copy for multiple channels.
• Drive email marketing for food and beverage venues and support social media strategy, including content creation, video editing and paid social optimisation.
• Provide project management support, creating and monitoring project plans for marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior marketing leadership in a hospitality or related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a small marketing team.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
