Assistant Practitioner – Generic Therapy (Brain Injury Rehabilitation)

About the role
You will work under the supervision of registered therapy staff to help patients with brain injury achieve their rehabilitation goals. This part‑time position (28.8 hrs per week, pro‑rated salary) involves conducting baseline assessments and delivering flexible, patient‑centred treatment programmes across various clinical settings.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a delegated clinical caseload within clearly defined parameters.
- Assess, implement, progress and discharge treatment according to agreed protocols.
- Plan and prioritise patient caseload and organise therapeutic activities or clinics.
- Deliver treatment programmes that are adaptable to individual patient needs.
Required profile
- HNC or SVQ III in healthcare, education or social care, or equivalent experience.
- Full UK/EU/EEA driving licence.
Required skills
- Baseline clinical assessments.
- Implementation and progression of treatment programmes.
