Assistant Producer - 250s

About the role

The Assistant Producer – 250s will coordinate the production of ATP 250 tournaments from ATP Media’s Broadcast Hub in West London. Working closely with the commentary team, on‑site staff and host broadcasters, you will ensure the broadcast follows the ATP Media running order and meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑production and live production of multiple ATP 250 events.
• Organise commentary shifts, produce graphics and add commentary using Vibox.
• Liaise with ATP, tournament organisers and host broadcasters on match scheduling and TV coverage standards.
• Assist host broadcasters to standardise and improve coverage across all 250 tournaments.
• Collaborate with Broadcast and Engineering departments to deliver matches globally.
• Perform basic editing of match feeds to create news packages and social media content.
• Maintain communication with international broadcasters, providing updates and information.
• Travel to tournament sites to learn on‑site production and represent broadcaster needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Simply Live’s Vibox and ViBox for graphics and commentary integration.
• Basic video editing experience for creating news and social media packages.
