Assistant Site Manager – Bedworth

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our West Midlands team at the Kington Meadows development just outside Bedworth. You will support the Site Manager in delivering the build programme to company standards while ensuring health, safety and security on site.

Key responsibilities

• Control all labour on site, both direct and subcontracted, coordinating activities plot by plot according to the build programme.
• Monitor site activities, direct labour and subcontract packages to ensure strict compliance with the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan.
• Maintain adequate site security, including traffic management, theft prevention and control of public access.
• Provide cover for the Site Manager during off‑site periods, meetings, holidays or sickness as required.

Required profile

• Experience in a similar role, preferably with a housebuilder.
• Ability to plan, organise and monitor subcontract activity on a day‑by‑day basis.
• Positive can‑do attitude with a desire to progress within the business.
• Relevant industry qualifications and accreditations.
