Assistant Social Value Manager

About the role

Willmott Dixon is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Social Value Manager to join its Construction South division in Weybridge. The role supports the delivery of measurable community impact across projects from South London to Southampton, aligning with the company’s "Now or Never" sustainability strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver social‑value activities such as school workshops, STEM support, ecology sessions and careers fairs.
• Manage and grow T‑level and Building Lives Academy programmes, supporting apprentices and work‑experience placements.
• Build lasting relationships with community organisations, education providers, charities and supply‑chain partners.
• Collaborate with project, commercial and supply‑chain teams to embed social value throughout delivery.
• Record and report activity via the MiSocial portal and other customer‑defined platforms, meeting KPI and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Social Value Manager and liaise directly with customers.
• Identify new community‑engagement opportunities and develop partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong passion for community engagement and social impact.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to manage multiple projects independently.
