Associate – Channel & Customer Research (French speaker)

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a motivated Associate to support its Channel and Customer Research (CCR) offering. Working closely with the Directed Content and 1x1 Call Services teams, you will help deliver real‑time, AI‑enhanced insights into market demand, competitive dynamics, and purchasing behavior across key industry verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Map the expert universe for assigned verticals, identifying relevant distributors, resellers, suppliers and consultants.
• Source, vet and onboard high‑value channel partners and customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key channel sources.
• Coordinate, schedule and monitor structured interviews using AlphaSense’s AI Interviewer technology.
• Continuously develop sector expertise through regular research and monitoring of industry news and trends.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong investigative mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Early‑career professional eager to work in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
