Associate, Client Services - French Speaker

About the role

Third Bridge is looking for a French‑speaking Client Services Associate to join its fast‑paced, commercial team. You will be at the centre of the business, connecting industry experts with clients who need timely, high‑quality insights. This is a launchpad for a career in sales, account management, or research.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, call, and engage subject‑matter experts across multiple sectors to secure their participation in client calls.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, understanding client needs and scheduling expert interviews under tight deadlines.
• Handle multiple client requests simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s full suite of services, including the content library, surveys, and advisory solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) at a C1 level.
• Confident communicator, comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
• Curious, quick learner, and able to solve complex problems under pressure.
• Resilient and motivated to exceed targets in a fast‑moving environment.
