Associate Consultant – Cloud & Digital Infrastructure

About the role

Join RT Consulting’s Cloud & Digital Infrastructure consulting community and work on high‑impact projects for Defence, Government, Policing and other public‑sector clients. You will be aligned to current and upcoming demand across cloud engineering, platform operations, DevOps/DevSecOps, SRE, digital workplace and modern IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi‑cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and platform engineering services on client sites.
• Implement DevOps, DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices to improve operational excellence.
• Provide automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Red Hat technologies.
• Support digital workplace initiatives, including Microsoft 365 and endpoint management (Intune).
• Work 2–3 days per week onsite at client locations in the Southwest (Bristol, Corsham, Portsmouth, Andover, Yeovil) with hybrid flexibility where permitted.

Required profile

• Experienced professional in cloud and digital infrastructure, comfortable in regulated and secure environments.
• Ability to operate with cloud‑native and hybrid technologies and to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Active Standard Check (SC) vetting or ability to obtain it.
