Associate Director / Director – Corporate Finance (M&A)

About the role

Future_find is partnering with an established UK advisory group to recruit an experienced corporate finance professional for its growing Southern practice. The role is execution‑focused, leading live sell‑side transactions from start to finish and offering a clear progression path to Senior Director and Partner.

Key responsibilities

• Run and support corporate finance transactions end‑to‑end, primarily on the sell‑side.
• Draft information memoranda and other transaction materials.
• Manage SPA negotiations, completion mechanics and deal closing.
• Collaborate with regional office leads to convert opportunities from the firm’s existing client base.
• Develop a personal network and contribute to the expansion of the platform’s footprint.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead advisory or corporate finance, able to hit the ground running.
• Strong hands‑on execution skills in SPA processes, completion mechanics and IM drafting.
• Sell‑side focus, with credibility across broader advisory work.
• Pragmatic, mobile and low‑ego attitude, comfortable working in a regional office model.
• No personal fee book required – deal flow is sourced from the firm’s client base.
• Based within reach of South East England (London or surrounding area).
