Associate Full-Stack Engineer, Front-End Leaning

About the role

Encord is looking for an Associate Full-Stack Engineer to help scale its AI data platform. You will join a fast‑growing team of over 100 engineers and contribute to a product used by leading AI teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from design and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Work across the full stack, handling everything from backend services to frontend styling.
• Proactively solve problems, iterate on solutions, and measure impact on users.
• Design simple, elegant solutions for complex, large‑scale domains.
• Collaborate with a lean, high‑trust team to deliver high‑quality software.

Required profile

Required skills

• Strong experience developing and maintaining systems from scratch or making major changes.
• Understanding of trade‑offs in building reliable, performant software quickly.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with React, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, PyTorch, CUDA, or Ray is a plus.
