Associate Resourcer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Resourcer to join our fast‑moving recruitment team in Weybridge. This trainee position is ideal for candidates with strong people skills who want to launch a career in recruitment. You will receive full training and support while working on real client assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, social media and internal databases.
• Screening and qualifying candidates to understand their goals, skills and motivations.
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and consultants.
• Writing engaging job adverts and supporting interview coordination.
• Matching the right candidates to the right opportunities.
• Collaborating with the wider team to achieve targets and celebrate wins.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to new people.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in recruitment or sales.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and excited by results.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Resilient, adaptable and always up for a challenge.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or technology.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with job board platforms and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
