About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a top‑tier international law firm with a strong UK and European presence. The role is designed for a qualified solicitor who wants to specialise in commercial property development, working on high‑profile residential, mixed‑use and investment projects.

Key responsibilities

Advise on acquisition and disposal of residential and mixed‑use developments.
Support strategic land and residential development projects from planning through to completion.
Assist on investment, leasing, asset‑management and renewable‑energy‑related real estate matters.
Manage complex client‑facing transactions, providing commercial and practical advice throughout the process.
Collaborate closely with an experienced partner and senior team members on strategic and complex matters.

Required profile

Qualified solicitor with proven experience in real‑estate development.
Exposure to strategic land, residential development or investment projects.
Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
Ability to manage complex transactions and work independently.
