Attorney – Corporate & Transactional Law (London)

About the role

JWL International is seeking motivated attorneys to join its London office. The firm blends sophisticated legal counsel with strategic business insight, serving global clients across five continents. You will work on high‑value commercial and transactional matters while enjoying an entrepreneurial, outcome‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client practice with direct access to senior decision‑makers.
• Lead complex cross‑border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, financing, and equipment leasing.
• Provide counsel on corporate, real‑estate, labor, regulatory, and industry‑specific matters.
• Collaborate with a business‑minded team to deliver measurable results for clients.
• Contribute to firm growth through mentorship, business development, and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Active, good‑standing attorney licensed to practice in the United Kingdom (or other listed jurisdictions).
• Junior or senior candidates with a strong commercial mindset.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to own results rather than log hours.
• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a collaborative, results‑driven culture.

Required skills

• Experience in transactional and corporate law.
• Familiarity with equipment and automotive sales or leasing matters.
• Knowledge of employment, labor, real‑estate, and regulatory compliance issues.
