Audiology Partner – 50% Shareholding & Up to £50k Salary

About the role

Launch, lead and own a brand‑new audiology business within an established Specsavers store in Catford. As a 50% shareholder you will combine clinical expertise with entrepreneurship, leveraging the existing optical customer base and retail infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and launch audiology services within the store.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Recruit, train and lead a team of hearing‑aid dispensers and support staff.
• Develop local relationships and drive customer growth.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory and supply of hearing‑aid products.
• Collaborate with optical partners to maximise cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Qualified Audiologist or Hearing‑Aid Dispenser.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to develop and grow a service‑based business.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of retail environments and customer service.
• Willingness to invest time and capital as a business partner.
