Audit & Certification Coordinator

About the role

This is a full‑time, office‑based position within a well‑established manufacturing business that provides building services and engineering solutions. The role sits in the Finance team and focuses on audit coordination, quality management, and certification compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance reporting, analysis and process compliance, maintaining spreadsheets and databases for audit tracking.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate internal audits, act as the main contact for external auditors, and track corrective actions.
• Administer the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001.
• Manage certification schedules, liaise with certification bodies, and prepare evidence for surveillance visits.
• Produce reports on audit performance, compliance metrics and certification status for senior management.

Required profile

• Experience in finance, quality, compliance, audit or governance roles.
• Strong understanding of ISO management systems, particularly ISO 9001.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify trends and drive improvements.
