Audit Semi Senior – Support Audit Engagements

About the role

We are looking for an Audit Semi Senior to join our growing audit practice. In this role you will support the delivery of high‑quality audit engagements, working closely with senior team members and a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution and completion of audit engagements across various sectors.
• Perform audit testing, document evidence and prepare statutory financial statements in line with UK GAAP.
• Identify audit risks, recommend improvements and ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, delivering professional and responsive service.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate with Audit Seniors, Managers and Partners.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or newly qualified ACA or ACCA.
• Previous experience in external audit within a UK accountancy firm.
• Strong understanding of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.
