Audit Senior – Qualified ACA/ACCA Professional

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Audit Senior to join a regional accountancy firm in Buckinghamshire. The role combines audit and accounting work, allowing you to manage a diverse portfolio of UK‑based and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit assignments for clients with turnover up to £60m.
• Prepare statutory and management accounts and lead final audit review meetings.
• Supervise and coach junior audit staff on‑site, reviewing their work and setting objectives.
• Maintain client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for UK subsidiaries of overseas groups.
• Ensure audit and year‑end accounting work is delivered profitably, on time and in line with internal processes.

Required profile

• Qualified ACA or ACCA auditor with at least 3 years of practice experience.
• Experience managing audit teams and handling both domestic and international clients.
• Strong understanding of UK and international audit standards and regulations.
