Audit Senior – Surrey Practice (Hybrid)

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established chartered accountancy firm in Leatherhead to strengthen its audit team. As an Audit Senior you will lead audit engagements for owner‑managed businesses across Surrey and parts of London, delivering high‑quality, relationship‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete audit assignments from start to finish.
• Manage the audit process, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback.
• Prepare statutory accounts and monitor budgets and timelines.
• Maintain regular client contact and support business needs.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified with experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Proven ability to supervise junior staff and communicate confidently with clients.
• Motivated to develop audit expertise and progress within a stable practice.
